Shipping policy

Terache ships to the contiguous 48 United States and Canada only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), APO/FPO addresses, or any country outside the US and Canada. This is due to the high cost and complexity of freight shipping for tire-sized packages to these destinations.

Shipping rates

  • Contiguous 48 United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Canada: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Applicable duties and taxes are also calculated at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery time
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Contiguous 48 United States: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days, plus customs clearance time

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual transit time may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and remote delivery locations.

Carriers
Due to the size and weight of ATV/UTV tires, orders ship via FedEx, USPS, and select LTL freight partners (including R+L Carriers and XPO). The carrier used will depend on your location and order size.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Orders placed for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at hello@terache.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Canada orders — duties and taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, duties, GST/HST/PST, and any applicable brokerage fees are calculated and collected at checkout. This means your order will not be held at customs for additional payment upon delivery.
