Upgrade your Foreman & Rubicon with our heavy duty steering tie rod solution built for larger tires, portals, mud riding, and demanding off-road use. These HD tie rods are a major improvement over the factory setup!

  • Larger chromoly steel shafts and tie rod ends for increased strength and durability. Factory tie rods use weak shafts and aluminum tie rod ends
  • Terache HD tie rod ends maintain a sealed factory-style design with a high-quality rubber boot to keep mud and water out of the joint for longer service life and lower maintenance.
  • After repeated OEM tie rod failures on our own test rigs we built this kit to deliver the strength serious riders need without giving up sealed-joint protection.

Fitment:
Fits all new body style 2014+ Honda Foreman 500 and 520 ATVs, as well as 2015+ Honda Rubicon 500/520 models. Also use these if you have a 2015+ Honda 420 IRS. May fit other models, but fitment is not guaranteed.

Installation Note:
The cotter pins included are large than factory and may be difficult to install, we recommend reusing the OEM cotter pins on the outer joints. You must align your steering after installing this HD tie rod kit. Every ATV may require a slightly different alignment, especially if you are running a front bracket lift. Follow the Honda OEM service manual procedure for setting the alignment on your ATV.
