This is the same gearing that helped take the 2026 King of the Deep Honda SRA season title.

  • Includes custom crankshaft thrust washer and COG output shaft seal

Fitment:

  • Compatible with all Honda Rancher 420 and Foreman 500/520 foot-shift ATVs. Also fits 2015+ Rubicon 500/520 models.
  • Fits electric-shift 420/500/520 ATVs and Pioneer 500/520 models, but these applications require a SpeedoDRD for proper shifting.

Important Fitment Note:

  • Does NOT fit Rancher or Rubicon models with automatic shift mode, including DCT or FA models.
  • This gear reduction replaces OEM part numbers 22100-HP0-A00 and 23120-HP0-A00 to achieve a lower gear ratio. 

Installation Notes:
Professional installation required. We recommend installing new Terache Super-Grip clutch discs with your gear reduction (only use Terache clutches or new OEM). Always remove the OEM crankshaft primary gear washer. 45% reductions include stiffer clutch springs. Always install the Terache primary gear thrust washer onto the crankshaft. Always use motor oil with a JASO-MA rating. Older air-cooled Foreman models require case modifications to fit these gears.

Each Terache Gear reduction is backed by a Limited 10 year Warranty, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Professional installation is required to retain this warranty. Furthermore, Terache offers coverage of up to $1,000.00 of parts and labor to replace a gear reduction and repair any damage resulting from gear failure. Please note that all warranty claims will undergo review and require approval from the Terache technical team. This warranty does not cover damaged related to improper installation, always refer to the OEM service manual.
